INTRODUCTION
The LWGQ gas turbine flowmeter is mainly used for measuring the flow rate of media including natural gas, air and nitrogen in industrial pipelines. It is almost unaffected by fluid parameters such as density, pressure, temperature and viscosity when measuring the volumetric flow under operating conditions. With high reliability and low maintenance requirements, it can operate within a working temperature range of -10℃ to +100℃.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
High accuracy: Accuracy class ranges from 1.0% to 1.5%.
Excellent repeatability: Generally up to 0.05% to 0.2%. Owing to its superior repeatability, ultra-high accuracy can be achieved after calibration or on-line calibration, making it one of the preferred flowmeters for trade settlement.
Wide turndown ratio: Generally up to 20:1 and above for medium and large calibers, 10:1 for small calibers, with a low minimum starting flow.
Low pressure loss: Generally 0.1 to 2.5 kPa under normal pressure.
Compact structure, light weight, easy installation and operation, and large flow capacity.
Multiple display modes available: equipped with only a mechanical counter, or only a general flow totalizer; a temperature and pressure compensator can be added to the mechanical counter, or the flowmeter can be fitted with only a temperature and pressure compensator. It can also be powered by a lithium battery for long-term use, ensuring convenient operation.
Typically featuring pulse frequency signal output, it is suitable for total flow measurement and computer connection, with no zero drift and strong anti-interference capability.
